Casa de las Lenguas
Casa de las Lenguas is the University's language centre and one of the most useful services for international students.
It offers Spanish courses, language exchanges through the Tandem Programme, cultural activities and courses in many other languages. It is an excellent place to improve your language skills and meet students from all over the world.
University Tools
After arriving at the University of Oviedo, you can obtain your University Card, which identifies you as a student and provides access to a variety of university services, including libraries, study spaces, sports facilities and other campus resources.
Another essential tool is the Virtual Campus. Using your university email account, you will be able to access course materials, assignments, grades, announcements and communication with lecturers throughout the semester.

The University of Oviedo has an extensive library network distributed across its campuses in Oviedo, Gijón and Mieres. Students can borrow books, access digital resources and enjoy quiet study spaces throughout the academic year.

Campuses
The University of Oviedo is distributed across three campuses located in Oviedo, Gijón and Mieres. Each campus has its own character and academic specialisations while sharing the same university community.

Oviedo Campus
The largest academic centre of the University, home to most faculties, libraries, research centres and administrative services.

Gijón Campus
Located near the coast, it hosts engineering and technology-related studies within a modern university environment.

Mieres Campus
A specialised campus focused on engineering, geology, mining and environmental sciences, surrounded by the natural landscapes of central Asturias.

Sports Facilities and Activities
The University of Oviedo offers sports facilities across its campuses, including gyms, swimming pools, football fields, tennis courts and running tracks.
Students can also participate in a wide range of activities such as hiking, skiing, surfing, yoga, swimming, paddle tennis and many more, making sport a great way to stay active and meet new people.
